Nick Anderson

Nick is a qualified town planner with post-graduate qualifications in rural geography and urban development. His wide-ranging experience in statutory and strategic land use planning and community consultation is highly regarded and he has a credible reputation as an expert witness at various forms of panel hearings and tribunals.

Since graduating from Victoria University in 1993, Nick worked in Geraldton (WA), Melbourne and Sydney prior to establishing the NBA Group in Melbourne in 2001. In 2005, Nick relocated his business and family to his hometown of Sale in Gippsland, Victoria. Extensive senior management experience, as well as consulting to Local and State Governments, has seen Nick’s skills recognised as valuable at all levels of local, national and international business.

His strengths include dynamic and creative community consultation methods, practical problem-solving abilities and highly developed personal communication and advocacy skills. With broad experience consulting to the gaming industry, Nick regularly appears as an expert witness before the Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation on gaming related matters.

Given the deliberate attempt to preserve the specialist and boutique nature of the NBA Group, Nick maintains his commitment to be actively involved in all company projects.
